Our Shipping Policy
Riverside Medical Supply will pay for UPS Ground
service for orders that exceed $50 (excluding enteral products,
cleaning solutions, gloves, DME products and bulk incontinence items).
Riverside Medical Supply can provide UPS premium shipping services
including Next Day, Second Day, and Three Day Select. Charges for
UPS premium services other than Ground will be added to the invoice.
Orders placed before 6:00 p.m. EST will be shipped the same day
pending credit approval.
Our Return Policy
Injectable medication is not returnable. All other products may be
exchanged for other merchandise of equal value only, within 30 days of purchase.
The customer is responsible for all freight.

All merchandise must be in original packaging, with a copy of the invoice,
for product to be exchanged. No exchange will be issued for product that we
determine cannot be resold. Any product shortage or shipping error must be
reported to our Customer Service Department within 48 hours from receipt
of the order.

Our Terms and Conditions
Standard terms are net 30 days upon approval of a signed
credit application. Other payment options include Visa, MasterCard, American
Express and COD. We will accept a company check for COD orders provided
a favorable bank reference is furnished. Please call for all other payment
options (COD is not available for drop ship orders) |
